1. Purpose

The User Management module is a key feature within the SOC Platform that allows administrators and organizational managers of the customer to perform user account management operations.
Its main objectives include:

  • Ensuring proper access control based on user roles.

  • Maintaining account security and compliance.

  • Enabling flexible management of user information aligned with organizational structure.

2. Intended Users

This feature is available only to users with Tenant Admin privileges—typically members of the customer’s organizational management team responsible for user access control and oversight within the platform.

3. Main Functions: 

From the User Management menu, users with Tenant Admin rights can perform the following actions:

  • Add New User:
    Create new user accounts with essential details and assign appropriate roles from the start.

  • Edit User Information:
    Update user details such as role, phone number, email, and account status.

  • View User Details:
    Access complete profile information for each user account in the system.

  • Unlock Account:
    Unlock accounts that have been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, enabling users to regain system access.

  • Reset Password:
    Assist users in resetting their password in cases where they forget it or are unable to reset via email.

  • Search & Filter Users:
    Search for users by username, email, or phone number, and apply filters based on user roles.

  • Export User List:
    Export all or a subset of user accounts to a file in a selected format for administrative or archival purposes.
